I thought everyone had disappeared then found out I had turned off the notification of posts! Am leaving it off since we will be gone, starting tomorrow, for two weeks deer hunting out of the Enterprise/Joseph area(less if Dave gets a deer)--for those of you who know that area it is the Imnaha unit. Will catch up when we get back.
GO BEAVERS !! BOY, WAS THAT A GAME! We have 4 generations of family on Dave's side that attended Oregon State and 3 on mine--we bleed orange!

I think more people will sign up as the time gets closer. Many do not want to commit so far out--fuel prices, health issues, etc. Speaking of fuel--Safeway in salem had diesel at $3.99 today--that was the pump price. Dave had just filled in Stayton at $4.09 as they were dropping their price 10 cents. We're a little higher out here than Salem. that is the lowest we've seen diesel in ages. As I type Chrlie on ABC news said oil dropped to $91/barrel today.

Tom, give Carol my best! We compared thumbs at the rally--her surgery's have been worse than mine since my rigid cast was only for 10 days, then the rigid splint for a lot longer. Hope she heals fast and therapy goes well.

The forum notification thingy (subscribe and get notified of new posts) has gone crazy today! It keeps sending me messages about old posting! First it was four in quick succession on yesterdays posts, now it has gone further back. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Northwood Owner's Forum
As members know by now, and for others who have been trying to access this great source of information for Arctic Fox, Nash, and Desert Fox trailers, the forum is down. Tom (Shotgun) is deer hunting and hopefully it won't take long to fix the problem when he gets home--next week? Meanwhile you'll have to get your RV forum fix on the Open Roads forum!

They are about as common as cows in that area! Dave bagged one in Wyoming years ago--his only one is Oregon was with a muzzle loader a few years ago.

Sorry you can't down to Mt. Angel, Bob and Sue. Hope you can make satisfactory arrangements for your aunt--your house is getting pretty full! Dave and I belong to the Optimist Club in Salem and we have had a booth there for many years. I work Thursday and Friday--Dave is going antelope hunting with his hunting buddy.

wow--it really is damp in Washington--or your trailer leaks! We empty ours at the most twice! Of course we have a bunch of them in there, so that helps.

We were given 6 of the Dri-Z-Air pots years ago when dave's uncle got out of RVing and sold his motorhome, andwe use all of them. Our trailer is ony 27' long total, so they really do the job--and we have a wall only into the rear bathroom--that is kept open when the trailer is in storage. May be overkill.

By the weekend we hope to be back IN our house! Camping in the driveway starting yesterday while the cabinets, woodwork, doors, etc. get painted< White woodwork throughout means oil based enamel and it takes forever to dry--especially with the humid, wet weather that just started, Two rooms got painted last week--part of the kitchen yesterday and most of the prep work done on the rest. Our house has been torn up since May! Hope those of you on the road for the weekend have a safe and fun trip. I didn't realize it was the holiday coming up!

What's going on with this forum? I get automatic email notifications when someone posts on both the mini rally and the 2009 rally topics. All of a sudden I'm getting posts from a week ago on both--have had about 20 come in, all outdated! Anyone else having this problem?

Our Northwood Owners Group RV rally has technical seminars at the Northwood plant. I vote we have Kevin do an electronic/communication seminar at our May 2009 rally! Not too technical for us dummies--just info on how to stay wired with stuff that doesn't cost more than our RV.

Waaaaaa!!!! I wanna go too! Instead I have to get the kitchen spick and span for what I hope will be the last stab at getting the edging on the counters fixed correctly tomorrow--and hopefuly get thetile backspash on in kitchen and baths. Then next Wednesday the painters come to do all the trim and doors and the kitchen--doors go into his shop to be sprayed, the rest on site of course. Trailer comes home so I have a kitchen for a few days. Have a great time! Waaaaa!!!

I can't stand to read the posts here!! We have been remodeling since May and still aren't done--things still displaced, dust forming a protective covering on furniture, and stuff pushed to the middle of rooms until painting of baseboards and trim gets done--which will be at least another 10 days before starting! We so want to be there! Have a good time--sounds like you will.
